Aisha is a general psychologist who employs a warm and empathetic approach to therapy, working collaboratively with her clients. She utilizes a person-centred and compassionate approach to help individuals to reach their therapeutic goals. Aisha takes deep consideration of each individual’s specific needs and values, aiming to create a safe and non-judgmental environment that fosters personal growth and encourages curiosity in self-exploration. Aisha is a multilingual speaker of Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, and her practice is sensitive to the needs of individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Aisha’s treatment modalities primarily include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), supportive counselling, and mindfulness practices.
